Yo’Buddy Introductory Advertising Plan Agreement By enrolling in the Yo’Buddy Introductory Advertising Plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Program Overview Participants receive promotional materials, including posters and QR-coded stickers, to advertise participation in Local-Yokel. Materials must be used as follows: Stickers placed on outgoing packaging (e.g., bags, boxes, giveaways). Posters displayed prominently in your store window or near checkout areas. Billing and Cancellation Policy Introductory rate: $29/month for the first six months. After the 14-day trial period, the monthly fee is non-refundable. Advertisers may cancel anytime; however, charges for services already provided are non-refundable. Ad Content and Updates Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their ad content. Local-Yokel is not liable for verifying ad content, pricing, or the quality of advertised goods/services. Ad updates: $25 fee for changes. Digital updates are free. Liability Disclaimer Local-Yokel assumes no responsibility for: Errors in advertisements or promotions. Customer dissatisfaction with goods/services. Financial, legal, or reputational damages arising from advertisements. Local-Yokel provides a platform for ad distribution but does not guarantee success or customer engagement. General Terms Advertisers indemnify Local-Yokel against claims or damages resulting from their business practices or ad content.
